Farnaz Khaki-Sadigh is an Award Winning Costume Designer based out of Vancouver, BC with over 16 years of experience. Following her dreams, Farnaz has designed for television series including the CW’s The 100 and No Tomorrow, SyFy’s Van Helsing, as well as feature films including Brain on FireAfghan Luke, and Cruel & Unusual.

Prior to working in Film and Television, Farnaz had the pleasure to design for theatre of highlights in which her design credits include Mimi: A Poisoner’s Comedy, Shelter From the Storm, and Brothel #9.

In 2013, Farnaz received a Daytime Emmy for her Achievement in Costume Design on R.L. Stine’s The Haunting Hour, Season II. She was also nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award in 2012 and 2015, both for Achievement in Costume Design, also for ‘The Haunting Hour.’  In addition, Farnaz has been nominated for a Canadian Screen Award for Achievement in Costume Design on Afghan Luke as well as a a Jesse Richardson Theatre Award for Outstanding Costume Design on Mimi: A Poisoner’s Comedy.

Farnaz holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Liverpool, England, a BFA in Theatre, Technical and Design from the University of British Columbia and a Diploma in Fashion Design and Merchandising from John Casablanca’s School of Fashion. She is also skilled and trained in the arts of sewing, pattern drafting for both modern and historical garments, draping, illustration, dyeing & aging.
